Shelagh loves cooking and sharing the amazing food of Ireland. Shelagh attended The Dublin Cookery School in 2020 and was brought back to the states a bit early due to, yep C-19. Come hell or high-water, she was determined to find a way to get back to her ancestral home a country she loves so much.
Low and behold GráBia came to light in 2022. Started with her freind Anne Reddington, Anne and her husband (Larry) own Galway Cheese. Anne won’t able to join us this year, but hopefully she will return after finishing her masters degree.
