Join Chef Johnathan Kaye on this culinary journey around Ireland. Chef Kaye has worked in some of the finest establishments in NY and St Paul and instructed thousands in is tenure at the Cordon Bleu Institute and now running JK Concepts since 2001. For Chef Kaye its all about an uncompromising passion for quality and healthy eating.
You will travel travel to Waterford and have lessons in Dunbrody House by Kevin Dundon before travelling to Dingle via the English Market in Cork and see where local produce is sourced by many of the top restaurants in the locality. After a lesson in Dingle we begin our journey north to Galway and a visit to St Tolas Goat Cheese Farm, Then its further north to the stunning Belle Isle Castle Estate your private home for three nights. Forage on the estate, travel and visit with the local suppliers and time for some hands on cooking lessons. Its onwarsds then to Dublin for your last night and dinner in the award winning Pigs Ear.
